STATE CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT TESTING:
Appointments are required for all skills tests. Knowledge tests are offered on a walk-in basis during normal testing site operating hours unless otherwise noted. Check the specific testing site for additional information.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments made through TMU is possible up to 24 hours prior to the event start time. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of testing fees and you will be required to pay for any additional testing appointments.
- You must know your TMU username & password to schedule an appointment. If you do not know this, please contact UNAR @ 801-547-9947 or unar@davistech.edu
- For skill exams you must be in scrubs, close toed shoes, hair pulled back and have a valid government issued ID to be allowed to test. (Check in at front desk, east entrance)
- For knowledge exams you must know your username & password and have a valid government issued ID to be allowed to test. (Check in at front desk, east entrance)
- Testing Sites are closed for school, federal and state holidays.
